Terms of Service

Last updated July 20, 2026

1Using Attestly

By creating an account you agree to these terms. Attestly generates first-draft compliance documentation based on your inputs; you are responsible for reviewing, adjusting, and verifying all output before relying on it for an audit.

2Not legal or audit advice

Attestly is a documentation tool, not a certification body or advisory firm. Generated documents do not constitute legal, compliance, or audit advice, and do not guarantee any certification outcome.

3Credits & billing

One credit generates one document. Paid plans renew on a monthly cycle and can be cancelled at any time; credits on metered plans refresh each period and do not roll over unless stated in your plan.

4Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to produce misleading or fraudulent documentation. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated in advance, and continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
